Sarah Palin gets 40 million viewers....Preemtive war still a good strategy

I love what Palin has done to a boring election cycle.

First on the revised viewership numbers.
Barack Obama apparently isn't the only "rock star" in presidential politics this year. After days of intense media coverage about Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's qualifications, more than 40 million Americans tuned in Wednesday to see for themselves what they thought of her. The huge audience for Palin's acceptance speech rivaled that for Obama's address at the Democratic National Convention six days earlier.

For some context. That's double what Biden got. And according to Rasmussen the American public really liked what they saw. (Note: the link is to subscription Rasmussen data...it should be released in a bit.)

From the US Weekly smear to a series of sneering New York Times editorials, the attacks show that democrats really do appreciate a good preemptive war strategy...as long as it's against people they don't like. By the way, the US Weekly rag is owned by Jan Wenner...a huge Obama donator and a man who will take that cock and put it right in his mouth. Look for more political support in Jan's (pronounced Yan, as in the sound one makes when they have a cock in their mouth) other mag - Rolling Stone.
